Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the Epitome Global platform and services ("Platform"), including our AI-driven workforce optimisation tools, multi-dimensional profiling, predictive analytics, psychometric assessments, and related enterprise services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

- Multi-dimensional workforce profiling (skills, values, motivations, preferences)
- AI-driven predictive retention analytics and flight risk predictions
- Psychometric assessments and cultural fit analysis
- Real-time labour market data and benchmarking
- Integration with enterprise HR and workforce management systems
- National-scale workforce initiatives and graduate onboarding programmes
Enterprise Services
We provide workforce optimisation solutions for private and public sector organisations, including talent acquisition, retention strategies, reskilling programmes, and career support services.
Account Terms
- Enterprise subscriptions with administrator‑managed access controls
- Authorised users only; organisations are responsible for user compliance
- Account information must be accurate and kept up to date
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses
- Workforce planning and optimisation
- Skills assessment and gap analysis
- Retention analytics and predictions
- Legitimate business operations
Prohibited Uses
- Unauthorised access or reverse engineering
- Unlawful or discriminatory use
- Credential sharing or account misuse
- Data scraping or automated collection
Data and Privacy
Organisations retain ownership of their workforce data. Epitome Global may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve services. Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR.
Financial Terms
- Subscriptions billed in advance; usage‑based charges may apply for API and processing
- Disputes must be raised within 30 days of billing
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
- Refund policies as specified in your subscription agreement
Service Levels and Support
- Target 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- Incident communications provided; service credits per SLA terms
- Enterprise support available with escalation
- Response times as specified in your service level agreement

Limitation of Liability
Platform provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties. Liability capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Mutual indemnification applies for IP infringement and misuse.
Termination
- Either party may terminate with notice as specified in your agreement
- We provide reasonable assistance with data export for 60 days
- Certain provisions survive termination
- Data deletion subject to legal and contractual obligations
General Provisions
- Governing law: Singapore
- We may modify terms with reasonable notice; continued use indicates acceptance
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in effect
- This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties
